Our Product & Marketing Team:

At Viz.ai, we solve meaningful healthcare challenges by combining cutting-edge AI, thoughtful product design, and effective go-to-market execution. As the “voice of the market,” our team uncovers customer needs, tracks evolving care models, and drives the development of solutions that deliver clinical impact and value.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead both product management and marketing strategy for our pulmonology portfolio, starting with incidental pulmonary nodules (IPN) and expanding into other high-priority pulmonary diseases.

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic healthcare leader to shape and grow Viz.ai’s AI-powered care coordination solutions in the Pulmonology space. This role spans product strategy, solution development, and commercial execution—with a focus on delivering scalable, guideline-aligned tools that improve patient identification, follow-up, and multidisciplinary care coordination.

Initially focused on IPN, this role will expand over time to encompass a broader portfolio of pulmonary conditions, making it an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about transforming care across multiple pulmonary disease states.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for pulmonology, beginning with IPN and scaling to additional use cases.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (inbound product, UX, clinical, engineering) to develop AI-powered, EHR-integrated solutions that streamline workflows and enhance clinical decision-making.
  • Build features that support early detection, risk stratification, and guideline-adherent follow-up.
  • Ensure interoperability through standards such as FHIR and HL7, supporting seamless care coordination.
  • Engage with healthcare providers and clinical experts to validate solutions and strengthen adoption.

Go-to-Market & Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and execute the commercialization strategy for pulmonology offerings.
  • Create differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with pulmonologists, radiologists, and care teams.
  • Enable sales and customer success teams through clear training, competitive insights, and clinical narratives.
  • Conduct market research, customer discovery, and segmentation to uncover emerging needs and future opportunities.
  • Represent Viz.ai at conferences, advisory boards, and customer engagements to drive thought leadership in pulmonary care.

You’ll Love This Role If You:

  • Thrive at the intersection of clinical insight, technical innovation, and commercial strategy.
  • Are passionate about enhancing pulmonary care pathways with smart, intuitive technology.
  • Understand the nuances of care coordination for diseases like IPN and are excited to extend impact across other complex pulmonary conditions.
  • Enjoy collaborating with clinicians, engineers, marketers, and sales teams to deliver value-based solutions.
  • Want to work in a mission-driven company where your contributions directly improve patient lives.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in pulmonology, digital health, AI-driven care solutions, or related healthcare innovation.
  • 5+ years in product management, commercialization, or go-to-market roles for enterprise healthcare technologies.
  • Deep understanding of pulmonary patient management, clinical guidelines, and multi-specialty workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring products to market, especially those involving AI, clinical integration, and real-world validation.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), EHR workflows, and clinical communication tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across domains.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 35%) for conferences, customer meetings, and strategic initiatives.
  • You treat AI as a core part of your workflow, using tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity and output.

Why Join Viz.ai:

  • Play a leading role in shaping AI-powered pulmonology solutions that will transform care delivery across diseases.
