About the Role:Stord is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining marketing automations, optimizing CRM data, executing email campaigns, building 1st-party reports, and supporting digital content initiatives. You should be a self-starter who thrives in both creative and technical marketing work, with a passion for building efficient processes that drive engagement and results.
What You’ll Do:
Manage email list cleanup, segmentation, and ongoing maintenance.
Create, schedule, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
Build, test, and maintain automated email workflows.
Perform regular cleanup and maintenance of HubSpot CRM.
Develop and manage HubSpot workflows and automations.
Assist in web page creation and updates within Contentful.
Support blog draft development and coordinate with the content team for publishing.
Post, schedule, and manage content across social media channels.
Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency across CRM and marketing tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead nurturing, conversions, and campaign performance
Assemble webpages/reports based on gathered 1st party data
Who You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (workflows, automations, list management, reporting).
Familiarity with Contentful or similar CMS platforms.
Strong skills in email marketing, segmentation, and A/B testing.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with obsessive attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Experience with AI content creation tools, SEO best practices, and marketing analytics platforms.
