As a Partnerships Manager at Stord, you'll support the growth and success of our agency and technology partner ecosystem. This is an opportunity to gain deep experience in partner relationship management, onboarding, and enablement within a fast-moving, collaborative team.You’ll work closely with the Director of Partnerships and Marketing leadership as well as cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Product. You’ll contribute directly to strategic partnership initiatives, helping to drive partner engagement, referral pipeline, and co-marketing efforts—all while developing your skills in the logistics and technology space.
You’ll report to the Director of Partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Support the day-to-day management of key partner relationships, including scheduling check-ins, tracking deliverables, and surfacing opportunities.
Assist in onboarding new agency, solution, and tech partners by coordinating enablement resources, product documentation, and key training sessions.
Monitor and track partner-generated leads and collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate pipeline tracking.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on partner-facing campaigns, webinars, and events; help prepare materials and logistics.
Help maintain and improve internal documentation, CRM records, and partner reporting tools.
Participate in both virtual and in-person partner events to support logistics and staffing needs (travel expected up to 20%).
What You’ll Bring
3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a customer-facing role.
Experience working in ecommerce SaaS, B2B SaaS, or a modern fulfillment company.
Clear, professional communication and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks or relationships at once.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn from others and take initiative.
Comfort working in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
Interest in the intersection of ecommerce, logistics, and SaaS.
Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Exposure to partner ecosystems or reseller/referral programs.
Bonus Points
Ability to work with or understand APIs, integrations, or technical documentation (no coding required).
Experience supporting marketing or event logistics.
