We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Solutions Engineer to design and optimize fulfillment solutions, pricing strategies, and cost structures across our supply chain operations. This role focuses on developing scalable, cost-effective, and high-impact supply chain solutions while partnering with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, with expertise in process optimization, fulfillment operations, facility design, automation, and cost analysis. They will collaborate closely with prospective customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful development and delivery of tailored solutions.

What You'll Do:

Solutions Engineering & Optimization

  • Design customized fulfillment solutions that integrate software, parcel, fixed pricing, automation, and facility flow.

  • Optimize facility layouts, process flows, and labor models to reduce operational costs and enhance pricing competitiveness.

  • Evaluate and implement automation strategies to improve throughput, operational efficiency, and solution value.

  • Analyze facility design, material handling systems, and operational processes to drive continuous improvement.

Pricing & Cost Strategy

  • Develop integrated pricing models that account for fulfillment, software, parcel, and fixed costs.

  • Perform cost analyses and scenario modeling to support strategic pricing decisions.

  • Partner with finance and FP&A teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals and margin targets.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage directly with prospective customers to understand their fulfillment requirements and design tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to align solution design with customer needs and internal objectives.

  • Support solution implementation by working closely with operations and implementation teams to ensure successful execution.

What You'll Need:

  • 2–4 years of experience in solutions engineering, industrial engineering, pricing, or a related supply chain function.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of fulfillment operations, warehousing, automation, and material flow optimization.

  • Proficient in cost modeling, pricing strategy development, and supply chain financial analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and external customers.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Skilled in data analysis and process optimization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with 3PLs, fulfillment operations, and parcel shipping solutions.

  • Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies and cost-benefit assessments.

  • Understanding of GTM strategies and cross-functional collaboration in a sales or commercial setting.
