We're looking for a sharp, highly organized, and resourceful Strategy Associate to the CEO to help drive efficiency, alignment, and execution across the company. In this role, you’ll serve as a key partner to the CEO—managing information flow, enabling focus on top priorities, and advancing strategic and tactical initiatives. You’ll act as a force multiplier for the CEO and help operationalize big ideas into tangible outcomes.

What You'll Do

Strategic Project Execution
Support the CEO on high-impact business initiatives—helping translate vision into action by driving timelines, milestones, deliverables, and team accountability.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional efforts across GTM teams, product development, and operations.
Collaborate with various teams to surface key insights and keep the CEO informed on the latest developments.
Prepare the CEO for meetings with data, analysis, background context, and key questions to drive decision-making.
Assist in evaluating product roadmaps, customer feedback, and operational metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.

Communication & Time Management
Draft, edit, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including updates for the Board, investors, customers, and team.
Partner with various teams (e.g. finance, product, GTM) to create informative presentations for the CEO and other stakeholders.
Own the CEO’s calendar—anticipating needs, managing conflicting priorities, and ensuring time is optimized for strategic impact.

Financial Acumen
Understand key financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statements, Pro Forma, etc.).
Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making.
Provide insights on financial performance and potential risks.
What You Bring
2-4 years of experience in a high-growth startup, tech company, or consulting role with exposure to technical teams or projects
Prior experience supporting a C-level executive or in a Chief of Staff, Technical Program Manager, Biz Ops, or Special Projects role
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication—confident representing the CEO in high-stakes settings
High degree of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness—you’ll be privy to highly sensitive information
Nice to Have
Experience in supply chain, logistics, SaaS, or infrastructure-heavy businesses – businesses with both physical and digital offerings highly preferred
Technical fluency (not necessarily a coder, but comfortable working with engineering/product leaders)
Experience with Board or investor relations
