Who We Need
As a Field Marketing Manager on the Marketing team, you will own the content and asset engine that brings Rillet’s community and events motion to life. This team builds programs that connect Rillet with CFOs, finance leaders, and operators in the real world. You will translate those programs into compelling, conversion-oriented marketing assets that directly drive attendance, engagement, and pipeline.
You will be the connective tissue between community, events, demand generation, and brand. You will turn event strategy into concrete outputs. You will own the creation of event landing pages, email campaigns, social content, partner co-marketing assets, and on-site materials. Your work will directly influence how many of the right people show up and what they do next.
We're looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance of our NYC or San Francisco offices (or willing to relocate). Team members are required to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Certain roles may require additional in-office time based on function.
What You’ll Do
Own the marketing assets that power community programs and events from concept through execution
Create event-specific landing pages, email campaigns, social posts, and partner co-marketing materials
Partner with the Community & Events team to shape messaging, positioning, and promotion strategy
Ensure every event has a clear demand generation goal and corresponding funnel
Work with demand gen to connect event campaigns to pipeline and attribution
Develop repeatable templates and playbooks for event promotion
Collaborate with brand and design to maintain high-quality creative standards
Continuously test and improve messaging, channels, and asset performance
Who We’re Looking For
3–6+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
Proven track record driving registrations, attendance, and pipeline from events or community programs
Strong copywriting and messaging skills
Highly organized operator who can manage multiple event workstreams at once
Experience partnering cross-functionally with events, demand gen, sales, and brand
B2B SaaS experience (preferred)
Experience at early-stage or fast-scaling startups (preferred)
