At Rillet, we’re changing the way high-growth companies make financial decisions. Our goal is to make zero day close a reality. No more reporting 10 days after quarter end, report day ZERO. Rillet is a next-gen accounting platform purpose built to automate end-to-end accounting workflows. In practical terms, information from CRM, billing, AP, payroll, etc. is synced instantaneously with Rillet, and 93% of journal entries are booked without human intervention. CEO, CFO, and finance teams can finally focus on making impactful financial decisions, while leaving Rillet run the numbers.
Rillet’s an early stage startup with a big vision. We raised $38.5m from Sequoia, First Round Capital, Creandum and Susa Ventures. We're looking for people with passion and grit who strive for excellence.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and supporting our recruiting processes to attract and hire top-talent across both our business and technical organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers and their teams to enhance their recruiting capabilities. This includes educating them on sourcing strategies, recruiting tools, interview techniques, and best practices. You’re entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, collaborative, and creative in order to engage, attract, and hire bar raising talent!
In addition to hiring, you’ll also have exposure to various parts of the people function, including Employer Branding, Recruiting Ops, People Ops, and more! This role is remote first with opportunities to travel for team events. There is a preference for candidates who are a commutable distance to NYC for occasional team meets!

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for business and technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide them through the hiring process while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to meet hiring goals.
  • Support various people operations and talent initiatives.

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on business recruiting.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and modern ATS platforms.
  • Strong ability to assess both technical and business candidates, manage competing priorities, and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Data-driven approach and experience with recruiting metrics.
  • Experience working in a fast paced startup and bringing clarity to ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
