Responsibilities:
- Help build the GTM playbook. You’ll play a key role in building the playbook and driving our GTM motion. Specifically you’ll refine our process playbook, run message tests, perform ROI comparison analyses across channels, experiment to find new, unexpected channels and much more. You’ll take full ownership with a scrappy approach and double down upon signs of success.
- Execute relentlessly. Work cross-functionally to provide front-line prospect feedback to founders and product in close to real-time. Perform strategic, personalized outreach to priority accounts. Drive opportunities forward from SQL to Closed Won. You’ll roll up your sleeves and accelerate velocity.
- Represent Rillet. You’ll be the face of the company and will apply high customer empathy and structured problem solving to make sure every customer interaction is delightful. You’re comfortable selling into a user with high finance and accounting proficiency and will learn a ton on the domain in the process.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive at a leading SaaS startup or accounting firm.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex ideas clearly and conversationally.
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience selling to finance or accounting leaders, or domain expertise in the field, a plus
