As our Chief of Staff, you'll work directly with our CEO and executive team, helping to define top-level business priorities and goals, develop and execute partner strategies, drive planning processes, generate operational efficiencies, and collaborate on key company initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and strategic with a granular attention to detail and an ability to navigate multiple critical requests while meeting tight deadlines. This position requires you to be in Los Angeles for the first 3-6 months (company-sponsored housing provided) and then will be permanently based in New York City.

Responsibilities:

  • Own strategic projects and analytical support for a variety of organizational priorities, including but not limited to growth initiatives, operational efficiencies, partnership strategies, department goal-setting, board and executive meetings, team offsites, and investor relations
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among functions to ensure alignment with company objectives and priorities
  • Build partnership ecosystem by developing and deepening strategic relationships; serve as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely communication of key updates and initiatives
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, plan essential travel, and prioritize tasks and meetings in alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience in finance, consulting, strategic operations, or another strategic role and/or equivalent experience
  • Willing to work from LA for the first 3-6 months (company-sponsored housing provided) and work from NYC from Jan 2025 onwards
