We are in search of an experienced technical product manager who is passionate about healthtech to help lead a multidisciplinary development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of internal tooling, analytics, and data pipelines, along with a keen eye for gaps in these areas and an innovative mindset for filling them. You should demonstrate a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a technical product, from conception to release.
As a key leader on our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining data products, internal tools, and operational cadences. You will drive innovation and continuous improvement in our data products, ensuring they meet user needs and exceed expectations. This role will be highly cross-functional, working to drive clarity across R&D, engineering, product, and sales/marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative data products
  • Define and execute product strategy, including roadmap, features, timeline and developing and monitoring KPIs, while balancing business needs and resource limitations
  • Analyze market trends and competition to inform product development and pricing strategies
  • Engage with customers, sales, UX, and engineering teams to gather feedback and ensure products meet user needs and exceed expectations
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to prioritize product features and development efforts
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and stakeholders to build a cohesive data ecosystem that incorporates best practices and ensures the highest standards in data management, governance, and quality
  • Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and integrity
  • Implement and manage analytics solutions to provide actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation procedures

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in product management, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Experience building/managing technical capabilities like data pipelines, data warehousing, public APIs
  • Experience building BI dashboards and working with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Quicksight, Metabase)
  • Proficient in analyzing intricate, large-scale data sets to guide decision-making
  • Expertise with data model and data pipeline development on modern data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Advanced fluency with SQL and a deep understanding of data architecture patterns and practices
  • Exposure to data processing with Python or another high-level language

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in leading multiple projects through the full product life-cycle
  • Experience in the healthtech industry, particularly with healthcare software and clinical workflows
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and data standards like HL7 and FHIR
  • Exceptional ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving shared goals
  • Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to captivate an audience through presentation and public speaking
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in the big picture, yet is eager to roll up their sleeves and dive into the day-to-day work
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies and managing remote, distributed teams
