About the Role :

Cisco Voice Engineer responsible to work on daily tickets and occasional small projects related to Cisco On-prem and Cloud voice.

About the Team :

BOTS Voice team is combination of Project and Support engineers in India and USA, we work together to serve US client mostly financial institutions.

What you will be doing:

• Handles customer requests for telecommunications support including moves, adds, changes, repairs and inquiries.
• Troubleshoots major telecommunications issues.
• Interfaces with vendors to resolve technical issues
• Will be working in 24/7 Rotational shifts

What you bring :

• 3 to 5 years of experience on Cisco Voice.
• Good with troubleshooting CUCM and CUBE.
• Basic level of understanding on Underlying network and layer 3 routing.
