About the team
You will be working for Virtus Partners Fund Services Ireland Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland under the Intermediaries Act, 1995 as amended. Its principal activities are the provision of fund accounting and investor servicing to collective investment schemes.
What you will be doing:
Oversees daily activity of assigned outsourcing relationships.
Solves complex problem through research and/or communications with other departments.
Supports personnel at client institutions in day-to-day routines and financial processing.
To guarantee quality service levels, performs daily servicing activities ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Assists in developing procedures that ensure processing functions are completed accurately and timely with minimal risk exposure.
Leads, participates in and/or monitors special projects involving client relationships.
Communicates status of client assignments with Relationship Manager.
Monitors day-to-day activity of clients, works with operations staff to deliver consistently high levels of service and takes responsibility and ownership over resolution of all client service related issues.
Works closely with other Account Managers and Relationship Manager to provide clients with world-class service and swift problem resolution.
Lead personnel who assist in the management of the client relationship. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

A good understanding and experience in trust, securities or operations preferred
Requires client servicing experience and excellent interpersonal skills to build high levels of customer satisfaction
Communicates ideas both verbally, in written form and via presentation in a clear, concise and professional manner appropriate to audience including executive levels
Requires solid organizational, leadership, decision-making and problem solving skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is essential as well as a basic knowledge of how internal systems work
Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public
