About the role
As an early Product Solutions team member, you can help us shape best practices for solution architecture, customer implementation, and product development in close partnership with our Head of Product Solutions. Your responsibilities will expose you to a breadth of company needs as you collaborate cross-functionally with our technical, commercial, and executive teams. As the company grows, this critical role has significant growth potential.
What you'll do
- Configure Plenful use cases
- Work with customers to understand requirements and build Plenful solutions for established and new use cases.
- Engage customers
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact in customer-facing meetings to gather feedback, understand client-specific needs, handle custom configurations, and provide technical support.
- Manage and communicate project timelines, ensure accountability for follow-up tasks, and consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Support Account Management and Sales
- Act as a technical expert for Plenful's Account Management and Sales teams.
- Evaluate technical requirements for sales prospects, plan architecture for innovative new use cases, and assess feasibility of new use cases.
- Collaborate with Engineering
- Communicate customer business and technical requirements to Plenful's engineering team and track the refinement of features.
- Implement solutions within the Plenful platform and provide critical input on product design by offering business context, customer feedback, and insights.
Qualifications
- Experience
- 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS, healthcare technology, or healthcare.
- Proven track record of managing projects involving multiple technical and operational stakeholders, delivering on time and exceeding expectations.
- Technical skills
- Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, 340B Drug Pricing) is a plus.
- Additional skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to clearly articulate complex challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized and able to independently prioritize competing tasks and projects.
- Miscellaneous

- Educational background
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent

Hybrid workplace
Plenful is based in San Francisco, and Bay Area hires will be asked to go into the office three days a week. Team members who live elsewhere typically train in San Francisco and work remotely.
