The Role

  • Reports to Head of Growth & Community Marketing
  • Own and execute a content strategy that educates, inspires, and engages our audience.
  • Develop and manage a multi-platform content calendar across web, email, social media, and educational resources.
  • Collaborate internally to create science backed, digestible content.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging that aligns with our mission.
  • Analyze content performance and optimize for engagement, reach, and conversion across channels.
  • Own and deploy customer feedback and testimonial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development

  • Plan and execute a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with business goals.
  • Research, write, and edit blog posts, website content, email newsletters, and product education materials.
  • Develop SEO-driven content to improve brand visibility and authority.
  • Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form pieces for different platforms.

Social & Digital Content Execution

  • Work closely with the social media team and company leaders to create compelling captions, posts, and campaigns.
  • Assist in developing video scripts, interview questions, and storytelling formats for video content.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all content is scientifically accurate, engaging, and digestible for parents.

Content Performance & Optimization

  • Track key content performance metrics (engagement, conversion rates, SEO rankings).
  • Conduct A/B testing on headlines, CTAs, and formats to optimize content effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine content strategy based on audience insights and industry trends.
  • Collect customer and testimonial feedback for product/brand insights to leverage within messaging strategy.

  • An exceptional writer and editor who can make scientific concepts engaging and easy to understand.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A data-driven thinker who understands how to measure and improve content effectiveness.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, parenting, and community-driven brands.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5+ years experience in content marketing, digital storytelling, or editorial roles.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills.
  • Experience in SEO, content analytics, and audience research.
  • Familiarity with social media content formats and best practices.
  • Background in DTC, health & wellness, parenting, or biotech brands is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including HCPs and influencers.
