What you will be doing

• 負責出入金通路的日常交易監控和異常處理等，確保及時、精准地發現和解决問題；
• 對每個環節（包括但不限於客服、科技、合規、商務、數據等）出現的運營相關問題進行跟踪並迴響結果；
• 對接出入金通路合作方，及時溝通和解决日常運營管理中出現的相關問題和需求；
• 負責內部工作檔案和對外檔案的記錄和留檔，確保檔案和數據的準確、完整與保密性；
• 協助和配合團隊其他成員，參與出入金業務線的其他日常運營和推廣工作。

What we are looking for

• 本科及以上學歷，有支付產品運營經驗者優先；
• 扎實的綜合運營能力，良好的資料分析和產品能力，擅長挖掘問題和解决問題；
• 良好的跨團隊合作能力，抗壓及自我驅動能力强；
• 工作語言為中英文，具備流利的中英文聽說讀寫能力，有海外留學或工作經驗的優先。
