What we believe
Human knowledge is the world’s most valuable asset. And yet, despite being more interconnected than ever, most knowledge still remains stuck in our heads, inaccessible and underutilized. Our vision is to make human knowledge easily accessible and infinitely scalable by building tools for the new age knowledge economy.
About the role
We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter based in Bangalore India to own hiring across our India office with the support of the team in United States. Support HR operations and employee onboarding, ensuring new hires have a seamless first-day experience
Assist with HR administrative tasks including documentation, compliance, and employee record management
What you bring
4–6 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
Experience hiring in India for non-technical roles
Strong sourcing skills with a track record of building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can manage up, push back with grace, and keep candidates warm
Comfort wearing multiple hats and flexing into HR and onboarding responsibilities as the team needs
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open searches simultaneously
Experience working with an ATS, we are Ashby users.
