About Us

Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world. Food can be medicine: working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but <1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits.
Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. We launched three years ago, are live in all 50 states, and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform.
We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised $115M from top-tier VCs including JP Morgan Growth Equity, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Maverick Ventures, Box Group, Atomico, G Squared, and Pinegrove Venture Partners. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the Role

As Enterprise Growth Director, you’ll play a critical role in driving the success of Nourish partnerships with the largest health care organizations across the country. You’ll be responsible for growing and leading these partnerships, developing growth strategy, and building executive relationships. To ensure these partnerships are successful for both Nourish and the partner, you’ll also be responsible for acting as the voice of those partners within the company, driving alignment and prioritization of new internal and external initiatives that best support the partnership overall—working closely with Nourish leadership and senior leaders at the health care organizations.

This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the center of strategy, partnerships, and execution. You will define the vision and roadmap for each partnership, develop the internal and external strategy needed for a successful partnership, and serve as the partnership voice in shaping the company’s most important strategic priorities.

This person will report into our VP, Health System Strategy & Partnerships and work closely with our broader go to market and operations teams.

This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week, with some remote flexibility). Our office is located in Gramercy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop partnership activation strategy, understanding the partner’s goals and priorities, identifying opportunities within the partnership, and developing the solutions and strategies needed to drive results accordingly.
  • Implement partnership activation strategy, leading trainings, creating content, and collaborating with local provider partnership managers
  • Own executive relationships and partner governance, leading regular business reviews, building and maintaining relationships across key stakeholders, and serving as the main point of contact for the partner and within Nourish for things related to the partnership
  • Represent the voice of the customer within Nourish, ensuring that all partnership goals, risks, and needs are met and addressed appropriately.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams at Nourish (e.g., RCM, Clinical Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, Partnerships, GTM Growth, etc.)

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You have 4-8 years of healthcare experience, with a mix of strategy work (e.g., management consulting, business operations), change management, and direct start-up experience. Bonus points if you have experience with health systems!
  • You are a first-principles thinker. You enjoy revamping processes/tech and identifying areas for improvement. You don’t take something for given just because it’s been done that way historically — you identify the best way to do it now and move to actualize it.
  • You are operationally excellent, able to manage a large volume of moving pieces seamlessly, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • You’re extremely comfortable working and communicating cross-functionally, and can adapt your style across a variety of stakeholders (our patients, health systems, RDs, executives, etc.)
  • You have strong data analysis & quantitative skills. You are able to clean, cut, and analyze data efficiently & without errors, including structuring analysis & pulling out key insights.
  • You enjoy new challenges and ambiguous situations and jump in headfirst when facing an issue. You are able to adapt to the situation at hand and innovative/creative in your problem-solving.
  • You are willing to travel 25% of the time to meet with key stakeholders in person, both internally and externally
