About the Role
As a Provider Partnerships Territory Manager at Nourish, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to improve health outcomes through better nutrition. Reporting to our Head of Partnerships, you will lead and develop a high-performing IC team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs) while actively contributing to team and company goals as an individual contributor.
This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, personal sales, and client engagement, with a strong focus on fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
This role is full-time and open to remote or in Nourish’s NYC office in the heart of Silicon Alley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Book of Business: Demonstrate excellence in your own provider partnerships performance to serve as a role model for your team
- Maintain and manage your own provider pipeline, actively identifying, pursuing, closing, and managing new provider leads
- Continuously nurture existing provider partner leads, building deeper engagement and relationships within existing provider accounts
- Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire your team of PPMs to achieve & exceed targets
- Conduct regular team meetings
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with team members
- Conduct “ride-alongs” with PPMs (both virtual and in-person)
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that aligns with Nourish’s values

- Set OKRs and strategic goals that align with overall business objectives
- Develop and implement performance management processes
- Build out Sales Playbook and associated training materials
- Develop data-driven prospecting strategies
- Surface market trends and insights from PPMs to inform strategic decisions
- Data & Analytics: Leverage Salesforce reporting to inform process improvements
- Create Salesforce reports to regularly analyze individual PPM and PPM channel performance
- Leverage Salesforce reports to proactively identify strengths and areas for development across individual PPMs and the broader team

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- You have a proven track record in healthcare-provider-facing sales/business development
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a sales management role, preferably at a high-growth startup
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- You have experience in goal/quota/OKR setting and performance management
- You have strong organizational and process management skills
- You know how to leverage data and data tooling (specifically Salesforce) to inform your strategy
- You have aptitude for learning new systems
