SUMMARY: Responsible for expertly managing the internal service process and relationships for assigned property and casualty client companies.

This position is a salaried, exempt, and full-time position and will be reporting to the Senior Account Executive. This is a US-based hybrid role (required to work until 4pm PST M-F) with the option to work from any of Newfront's office locations. Will be considered hybrid if living within 25 miles of a Newfront office location. #LI-Remote

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Manage client relationships and develop team service strategy, plan and processes to meet client needs. Provide client advocacy as primary point of contact.

  • Independently prepare for, plan and conduct client meetings.

  • Manage preparation of new business RFP’s; market new and renewal accounts; develop and manage service calendars and prepare presentations for new clients.

  • Provide strategic management new and renewal business risk identification and program design (including contract and claims history review.)

  • Participate in prospecting activities to both identify and close new business.

  • Partner with production teams to establish and maintain aligned service offerings and delivery of client needs.

  • Participate in carrier activities.

  • Perform as team or subject matter expert and advanced resource. Keep abreast of industry trends, changing markets, reviewing and mastering new or evolving specializations, policies or products.

  • Perform thorough contract reviews for clients.

  • Perform database file management and input information. Accurately manage and maintain documents in agency management systems.

  • May manage and/or train the next level down (i.e. AE may manage and train AMs or ACs.; AM may manage and train ACs)

  • Other tasks, duties or special projects as assigned.

  • Requires seasonal or intermittent travelling to visit clients and prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Property & Casualty insurance brokerage experience is required.

  • Minimum of 2+ years supporting Real Estate clients within insurance brokerage is required.

  • Exceptional communicator with advanced skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats, including public speaking.

  • Proven excellence in customer service, exhibiting the highest standards of professionalism, diplomacy, and tact.

  • Strategic relationship builder, trusted to foster and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a demonstrated ability to quickly master and leverage new technologies.

  • Highly resourceful and proactive, with a strong track record of initiative, creative problem-solving, and driving process improvements.

  • Effective team leader with a history of successfully training, delegating, and delivering constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

  • Agile and adaptable, consistently responding to dynamic environments while proactively addressing issues and client needs.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities — skilled at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and consistently meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings.

  • Visionary project planner, recognized for expertise in strategic planning and continuous process optimization.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Middle to large market risk management experience preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registration:

  • Property and Casualty Insurance License (required to have or acquire within 3 months of employment).

The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado, and New York at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $96,400 - $120,500. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position,” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
