This role is responsible for administrative and customer service tasks related to acquisition of new and maintenance of existing broker and brokerage licenses. This role will also be managing carrier logins and ensuring the team is issued logins based on their role. This role is not limited to the below description. Success in this role will require a mixture of critical thinking and excellent customer service.
This position is an hourly, non-exempt, and full-time role and will be reporting to the VP of Carrier Relations. This is a US based hybrid or remote role (required to work until 4pm PST M-F), with the option to work from any of Newfront's office locations. Will be considered hybrid if living within 25 miles of a Newfront office location. #LI-Remote

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Complete new license requests including reviewing applications for completeness and remedy any missing information or supporting documentation. Complete applications in a timely manner.
  • Monitor expiration of licenses, certification due dates, and other regulatory requirements of License Management (LM) clients. Complete license renewals according to predetermined task due dates ahead of the license expiration. Review applications for completeness and remedying any missing information or supporting documentation.
  • Appropriately track monetary transactions and provides accounting with receipts and relevant transaction details in a timely manner.
  • Process status change requests per the licensee’s request and according to state requirements.
  • Complete assigned tasks related to Implementation or other processes and workflows.
  • Manage relevant credentials.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements per the governing body’s regulations.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume position, deliver timely and accurate work products with customer service focus and respond with a sense of urgency as required.
  • Ensure carrier logins are issued to individuals based on their role and team.
  • Reactivate or reset passwords as requested by the client service team.
  • Deactivate logins upon employment termination/departure of any employees.
  • Update master directory of any password changes and communication with BPO teams.
  • Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision.
  • Support the team in fulfillment of ad hoc requests, as needed.
  • Able to communicate and build positive working relationships with all levels within the organization effectively and professionally.
  • Organize tasks efficiently to meet deliverables on time; notifies management when schedules cannot be met; recommends and implements alternatives/options to minimize delay.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as superior client service and problem solving skills.
  • 2 years of License Management experience preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets required.
