As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining the foundational systems that power our engineering organization. You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and internal tooling to improve reliability, scalability, and developer velocity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges and enabling others to ship high-quality software faster and safer.
Compensation for this role is between $150,000 - $220,000 depending on location and level.
You will:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure with a focus on reliability, security, and performance
- Define and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform to ensure consistent and auditable environments
- Develop, improve, and support CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development cycles and ensure high code quality
- Implement and maintain observability tools for monitoring, alerting, and diagnostics across distributed systems
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure infrastructure meets organizational and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain internal developer tooling to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and support operational excellence
- Integrate with third-party data services and APIs to enable robust, scalable data flows and platform capabilities
Requirements for the role:
- 4+ years of experience as an infrastructure engineer or software engineer
- Expertise with public cloud infrastructure and relational databases
- Infrastructure as code (i.e. Terraform, Pulumi)
- Able to write code in at least one high level language
- Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Strong track record with observability, monitoring, alerting
- Security/compliance experience
Plusses:
- Deep experience with AWS, especially ECS / EKS and RDS
- Vendor management experience, cost optimization
- Experience with 3rd party data integrations
