About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-weight Graphic Designer specialising in Ad Media to join our growing creative performance marketing team. You will work closely with our senior team members to create high-converting advertising assets while learning to contribute to strategic creative initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Execution & Production

  • Design and produce high-converting advertising assets across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and other priority platforms
  • Create dynamic product ads, video creatives, carousel ads, and display advertisements under guidance
  • Execute A/B testing programs and optimise creatives based on performance data and senior direction
  • Produce seasonal campaign assets and promotional advertising materials following established creative strategies
  • Adapt and maintain brand guidelines for performance marketing applications
  • Work collaboratively with copywriters to integrate compelling messaging with visual design
  • Support creative production timelines across multiple campaigns

Learning & Development

  • Learn and apply creative testing frameworks and optimization methodologies
  • Contribute to the development of scalable creative processes with senior team guidance
  • Stay current with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices
  • Participate in creative performance analysis and contribute insights for optimisation
  • Support the establishment of creative best practices for the organisation

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with Performance Marketing team to understand campaign objectives and execute creative briefs
  • Collaborate with senior designers on creative strategy and concept development
  • Present creative work and incorporate feedback from stakeholders with support from senior team
  • Assist with creative performance reporting and optimization recommendations

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Growing experience with motion graphics and video editing for social media ads
  • Understanding of digital advertising formats and platform specifications
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5 banner creation and display advertising
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch
  • Interest in learning creative automation and dynamic creative optimization
  • Understanding of performance marketing principles and metrics

Platform Experience

  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising formats
  • Knowledge of Google Ads (Display, Shopping, YouTube) creative requirements
  • Familiarity with TikTok for Business and emerging social platforms
  • Understanding of Pinterest Business and shopping ads
  • Willingness to learn new platforms and ad formats as they emerge

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising design or performance marketing
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills and some performance marketing experience
  • Experience supporting e-commerce advertising and product-focused creative
  • Understanding of fashion and luxury brand aesthetics
  • Knowledge of basic advertising regulations and platform policies
  • Interest in creative testing methodologies and performance analysis
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with support from senior team
  • Our Ways of Working: We all come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely or come into the office on the other days.
