The Role:

The Marketing Manager FTC is a new role, and will be responsible for supporting the Marketing VP with the delivery of two of our most impactful campaigns: our Brand Marketing activity, which we are running in the US on a state-by-state basis, and our commercially impactful Peak marketing plans, which span Black Friday, Cyber Monday and holiday.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the VP Marketing by running our biggest commercial campaign of the year for Peak (Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Holiday)
  • Deliver the strategy for our brand marketing activity, by planning and running the next phase of our US acquisition campaign.
  • Work closely with the Paid Social Media Manager and performance marketing managers to align incremental spend with existing always-on budgets
  • Similarly, liaise directly with our media agency in the US who will run the above campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing Exec to support her delivery of our always-on activity and creative campaigns for the LYST Index and Year in Fashion report.
  • Take ownership of reporting and performance of the above campaigns
  • An appetite for, and understanding of, brand and commercial marketing with at least 5 years experience (detailed experience of performance marketing is not required)
  • Fluency in Google systems including Slides, Excel and Docs, alongside Slack.
  • The ability to work in a matrix organisation, integrating yourself within cross-functional squads and teams
  • An ability to work quickly, responding to tight deadlines and turnarounds
  • Able to work in our central London office at least 2 days per week
  • Experience reporting to senior stakeholders, including C-suite
  • An interest or experience working in luxury fashion is ideal but not mandatory
    • Our Ways of Working: We all come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely or come into the office on the other days. We believe that in person collaboration and community spirit is super important, which is why we spend some of our time in the office and some of our time at home.
    • Time Off: In addition to the 8 statutory bank holidays, you will receive 29 holidays per year. Lyst’s holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March.
