The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Brand Partnerships Coordinator to support and drive the success of our Brand Partnerships team at Lyst. In this role, you will engage with long-tail partner sets, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to the growth of our partner relationships. You will play a key role in content sales and production, partner outreach, end of campaign reporting, and ensuring smooth operational processes. A blend of communication skills, data analysis, and process management will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Engagement & Communication:
Build strong relationships with long-tail partner sets, educating them on the BP brand, products, and services. Act as a primary point of contact for partner-facing activities, answering inquiries and fielding requests to ensure successful collaboration. - Content Development & Sharing:
Assist in developing and sharing content that highlights BP's achievements, including LinkedIn copy, case studies, and marketing materials. Focus on educating partners and broadening their understanding of BP’s offerings. - Partner Qualification & Outreach:
Identify new potential partners and help qualify them based on mutual goals and business potential. Work closely with the sellers to nurture relationships and support growth. - Sales Support & Campaign Reporting:
Work alongside Account Managers to create and analyse end-of-campaign reports. Evaluate how BP’s offerings provide value to partners and collaborate on strategies to drive repeat business and continued sales. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilise data tools (e.g., Looker) to monitor key performance metrics, analyse campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to inform future partnership strategies. - Process Management & Housekeeping:
Maintain well-organised internal systems, ensuring all files and resources are up-to-date. Support the smooth execution of processes and workflow management across teams. - Stakeholder Management:
Support internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, and account management teams) with requests, ensuring effective communication and collaboration for ongoing projects.
