As a our People Coordinator you are part of supporting and contributing to a high-energy and empowering culture.

Reporting to the Senior People Manager you will work closely with the wider team to deliver a pro-active, first-class people experience to drive and support high-performance delivery. The role will be 3 days a week - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

The role will suit someone operating at an administrative or coordinator level who has had some initial experience of a People role and is ready for the next step. If you are an individual who thrives in a fast-paced autonomous environment, then this role could be for you.

People Administration & Operations

  • Manage all people's administration from onboarding through to exit through our HRIS system HiBob including relative documentation
  • Support our Office Manager with general office administration and cover reception as and when needed
  • Effectively support and maintain policies and procedures to ensure best practice approach
  • Assist with supporting our People Team with the annual salary review process
  • Seek to continuously improve People Ops processes and procedures to promote efficiency and effectiveness in our ways of working
  • Be an integral player in supporting ad-hoc people initiatives and projects across the business
  • Aid with the coordination of all company monthly All Hands meetings
  • Support with ongoing communication relating to people or wider committee updates

Data & Analytics

  • Take ownership of administration relating to the People experience, ensuring accuracy in all our data to ensure smooth operational delivery and best-in-class service is provided to the business
  • Support with the creation of robust and insightful people metrics that inform decision-making and influence change across the business
  • Support the wider people team with ad-hoc data analysis or data request from the wider business

Champion our Culture

  • Alongside our Senior People Advisor, champion our engagement platform, Office Vibe, to help develop strategies and programmes to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, family leave, off-boarding & exit interviews, with the support of our senior people advisor and wider People and Facilities function.
  • Play a role with our DE&I committee, supporting all initiatives and helping to contribute to an inclusive workplace.
  • Be a champion of our culture and a contributor to implementing our people initiatives
