About Loop

Loop is on a mission to unlock profits trapped in the supply chain and lower costs for consumers. Bad data and inefficient workflows create friction that limits working capital and raises costs for every supply chain stakeholder.

Loop’s modern audit and pay platform uses our domain-driven AI to harness the complexity of supply chain data and documentation. We improve transportation spend visibility so companies can control their costs and power profit. That is why industry leaders like J.P. Morgan Chase, ABB, Tyson Foods, and Estee Lauder work with Loop.

Our investors include J.P. Morgan, Index Ventures, Founders Fund, 8VC, Flexport, and 50 industry-leading angel investors. Our team brings subject matter expertise from companies like Uber, Google, Flexport, Meta, Samsara, Intuit, Rakuten, and long-standing industry leaders like C.H. Robinson.

About the Role
Loop is looking for a strategic and hands-on Revenue Operations leader to partner closely with the VP of Sales, CFO and CEO to elevate our entire GTM organization. You’ll own our core revenue systems, data, and analytics infrastructure, while shaping key decisions around territory design, performance management, and full-funnel strategy.

This is a critical role in our next phase of growth. While initially an individual contributor, this person will be in position to grow and lead a RevOps team over time. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth environment, has a bias for action, and is excited to build the operating rhythm for a world-class revenue organization.

Loop recently made a significant acquisition and a key part of this role will be to help the transition from the legacy organizations into one comprehensive CRM and RevOps experience. The ideal candidate would have experience in transitions involving new teams and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the management and optimization of our GTM systems and tools (e.g., Hubspot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay)
  • Define and implement the reporting infrastructure that powers strategic decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Partner with Sales and Finance on pipeline forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analysis
  • Inform and operationalize our territory design, incentive structures, and account segmentation strategy
  • Build and refine end-to-end funnel visibility and drive alignment across the customer lifecycle
  • Develop scalable processes that enable repeatable success as we grow
  • Support executive-level board reporting and operating reviews
  • Be a thought partner to GTM leadership, helping set strategy and ensure accountability
  • Experience with the latest AI GTM tech, willing and ready to experiment and implement new solutions
  • Eventually hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team

About You

  • 7–12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or related GTM leadership roles
  • Deep familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks, especially CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Analytical and structured thinker with strong business acumen
  • Experience supporting fast-scaling GTM teams, ideally at Series B–D startups
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and designing solutions from scratch
  • Executive-level communication skills; able to influence without authority
  • You must be commutable to one of our SF, Chicago or NYC offices and will operate in a hybrid environment with 3-4 days per week on-site.
  • Passionate about Loop’s mission and excited to build at the intersection of supply chain, AI, and enterprise SaaS
  • Strong preference for candidates that have extensive experience with HubSpot
