Sr. Manager/ Director Growth Marketing - Educators

ABOUT US

KaiPod Learning is creating a microschool network where students learn at their own pace, get in-person academic support from an educator, and socialize with their peers.

We partner with entrepreneurial founders to launch and grow microschools in their local communities. Our partners operate unique microschools relying on proven pedagogies (e.g., project-based, Montessori) targeting specific student audiences (e.g., gifted students, neurodiverse students, student-athletes).

Through this work, KaiPod Learning will connect 1 million students around the world through the power of microschooling.

The name, KaiPod, comes from the Greek word kairos meaning “the right time to act.” After the pandemic, millions of parents are saying this is the right time for them to act and choose a better learning environment for their child. Learn more about our company here.

We are backed by YCombinator, Reach Capital, and several other top venture firms.

You are familiar with marketing funnel metrics, and can speak to supporting moving the needle in terms of lead generation and revenue growth within a Marketing team.

More specifically, we are looking for candidates with:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience developing growth marketing strategies and executing it across multiple channels. Experience in marketing to educators is a big plus.
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past growth experiments
  • Experience in working with growth tools including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google TagManager, Hubspot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Squarespace, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, SEMrush, etc.
  • A mind that analyzes & seeks out opportunities and experiments with campaigns to continuously optimize conversions and improve the customer experience
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability
  • 3+ years’ experience in SEO
  • 3 + years’ experience content marketing and community growth
  • A positive "can-do" attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver
  • Experience marketing to educators, school administrators, or education entrepreneurs is a big plus
  • Knowledge about the education reform and parental choice movement is a big plus

Our team (along with our network of microschool partners) is spread across the country. You can choose to live anywhere in the US. Title and compensation will depend on the candidate's experience.
