About the role
Seeking an experienced and highly motivated RFP Analyst to join our growing and dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for handling technical documentation, inquiries and proposals to secure new sales and maintain existing partnerships. Proactively update RFP portals and regularly complete Due Diligence Questionnaires for various partners, prospective customers and go to market strategies. Develop and implement automation to reduce repetitive tasks resulting in enhanced efficiency and less workload for the team.
As a RFP Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing, to deliver best-in-class solutions to our partners and clients ensuring mutual success while exceeding expectations.

- Technical Proficiency: Google suite, Microsoft excel, Salesforce and various external proposal software.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and customer support to deliver seamless partner experiences and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Analytical Ability: Strong skills in interpreting RFP requirements and evaluating complex data to create tailored responses and overall proposals.
- Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges within internal partners or systems, and provide solutions that align with the project objectives.
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in Due Diligence, Sales support, RFP/proposal writing, Partner management and communication, preferably in the fintech, Insurance, Financial Services or SaaS industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, present, and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Accuracy and formatting abilities are critical.
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to proactively engage with internal experts to extract accurate answers for complex questions. Willingness to understand, work autonomously and coordinate timely responses with internal departments and SME’s.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing programs, and business development techniques.
- Familiarity with external financial service partners and external proposal products while an understanding of the broader financial services ecosystem is a plus.
- Meticulous proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with RFP requirements.

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $70,000 - $75,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered.
