Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits.

More than half of all working Americans are not saving enough for their future. Too often, it’s because they are employed by a company that doesn’t offer a retirement plan. Human Interest is changing that by making it affordable and accessible for small and medium-sized businesses to offer employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings.

We’re a high-growth fintech company changing the retirement industry. We are backed by a number of investors. This includes funding from Marshall Wace and Baillie Gifford, as well as top investors such as BlackRock, TPG (The Rise Fund), SoftBank, Glynn Capital, NewView Capital, USVP, Wing, Uncork, and more.

About the role

As Human Interest prepares for its next phase of significant growth and public company readiness, we're looking to grow the marketing team. This is great for someone early in their marketing career and are looking for an opportunity to work for a SaaS unicorn. As Marketing Coordinator, you will work with managers and directors and work across partner marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, PR/Comms, Events Marketing, and Customer Marketing. You’ll be instrumental in executing projects/tasks assigned. Ultimately, you will directly enable our teams to drive revenue and accelerate our growth. Given our rapid pace, you'll also need to be comfortable with speed and constant change (i.e., 24,791 mph) while achieving successful, high quality outcome

What you get to do every day

You’ll be a key part of our team, providing support across a range of critical functions. Your day-to-day will be a mix of the following:

Marketing & operational support - You'll serve as a vital resource for our partner and revenue marketing teams. This includes providing administrative support for campaigns, from coordinating webinars and events to creating landing pages and emails. You'll also help pull and organize key marketing reports and data to support our team's strategic decisions.

Collateral & resource management -You will be responsible for managing and archiving our ever-growing library of partner-facing and customer-facing collateral for compliance purposes. You'll also take ownership of our branded swag platform, which includes sourcing new items, managing distribution to our Partner Account Managers, and approving restock and wearables orders.

Event & administrative coordination - You will provide administrative support for events, with a specific focus on coordinating printing needs and managing emails. You will also handle other essential operational tasks, such as ordering business cards/stickers, coordinating quarterly awards, and overseeing swag management and shipping. You will also be a go-to person for various ad-hoc projects as needed.

Process optimization - You'll constantly assess our existing processes and proactively find ways to improve them. Your work will directly support the end goal of generating more leads and driving growth. It’s a dynamic and supportive environment – there is so much more that we are going to ask of you. Are you up for it?

Other Tasks as needed - We’re a startup and change is constant. Take on additional tasks as they come up.

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience supporting sales, marketing, or partnerships organizations in growing companies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – you have the ability to think and communicate clearly, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse technical and non-technical team members
