Human Delta is the AI adoption engine for American enterprises. We are backed by top VCs like Susa Ventures, Wischoff Ventures, Afore Capital, Kleiner Perkins Scout Fund, and angels from top research labs & financial institutions. We’re a team of engineers creating the operating layer that makes enterprise AI reliable, safe, and truly usable at scale.

The Role:

At Human Delta, we build products that sit at the center of how large enterprises adopt and govern AI. Our users range from technical teams to operations leaders who rely on our platform to understand what their systems know, how their processes run, and how AI behaves in real scenarios.

Your work will span the full stack: designing interfaces, building backend systems, and shaping the product experiences that define how organizations interact with AI-driven tooling. You’ll have significant ownership from day one and help define core product architecture in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Internship timing based on your availability (winter, spring, etc)

  • Full-time role based in San Francisco, CA

  • Flexible working hours

  • Close collaboration with founders and early customers

  • Opportunity to convert to full-time for strong performers

What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • Comfortable working across the stack (e.g., Typescript/React, Python; relational and vector databases; modern cloud environments)

  • Experience building production systems with real users

  • Strong intuition for product, UX, and system design

  • Relentless builder and customer obsession mentality

  • Comfortable learning new technologies quickly and owning entire features end-to-end

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with LLMs, retrieval systems, knowledge bases, or search

  • Familiarity with enterprise software (CRMs, ticketing systems, content platforms)

  • Prior work with large or messy datasets

  • Experience designing APIs or workflow engines
