Henry.ai is hiring our first Client Strategist to accelerate our growth and build out our Customer Success practice.

About the Role:

We’re a fast-growing startup looking for a Client Strategist to own the big-picture thinking behind how we engage, retain, and grow our customer base. You’ll design scalable programs, identify opportunities for deeper value, and work cross-functionally to make sure our clients see us as an irreplaceable partner.

This is part strategy, part execution — you’ll zoom out to spot trends and design solutions, then roll up your sleeves to get them live.

Responsibilities:

  • Map the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding to expansion, and spot ways to improve adoption, retention, and advocacy.

  • Take care of our existing customers and obsess over customer experience

  • Build out our customer support function and hiring strategy and scale for high-growth trajectory

  • Develop data-backed engagement strategies and playbooks for our Customer Success Managers and Account teams.

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align roadmaps with client needs.

  • Build and track key metrics (NRR, health scores, NPS) to measure impact and adjust quickly.

  • Lead strategic account reviews and help shape client expansion strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years in Customer Success, Strategy, or Consulting (startup or high-growth experience is a must).

  • Background at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Monitor Deloitte, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Accenture Strategy) or similar strategic role.

  • Strong mix of analytical and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience turning insights into action, and action into measurable results.

  • Comfortable in a fast-changing environment with a bias toward action.

  • Ability to commit to 5-days a week in our SoHo office
