What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales funnel: 60% inbound from highly engaged, pre-sold prospects; 40% outbound experimentation to develop repeatable plays

  • Speak with high-intent buyers every day—your calendar will be packed, but building new pipeline is still part of the job

  • Partner closely with the founder to sharpen our messaging, refine the demo flow, and prove a scalable, repeatable sales process

  • Build our outbound motion from the ground up, with a clear path to sales leadership as we grow

  • Shape the systems, culture, and GTM strategy of a future category-defining company

Who You Are

  • A proven hunter with 3+ years of front-line sales experience—you know how to find, pitch, and close

  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves—whether you’re currently managing a team or not, you’re eager to get back in the trenches and lead by example

  • You’ve personally closed $$1MM+ in ARR, ideally in high-growth SaaS, proptech, or a closely related vertical

  • Energized by fast-moving, founder-led environments where speed and ownership matter

  • A doer at your core—your instinct is to pick up the phone, drive momentum, and make things happen

  • Capable of running 8–12 demos a day without losing strategic clarity or customer empathy

  • Excited to build the playbook from scratch—not just execute someone else’s

  • Based in NYC or ready to relocate (this is a 5-days/week, in-person role)

  • Motivated by drive, not oversight—you bring the hustle because you want the win
