Senior Go Engineer (On-Site)

We’re looking for a product-minded Go Engineer who’s hungry to own features end-to-end and ship real value to customers that love their product. What You’ll Do

  • Architect, build, and scale services in Go—from sketching ideas on a whiteboard to deploying to prod the same week.
  • Own the full lifecycle: gather feedback, design, implement, test, ship, measure, iterate. No hand-offs, no red tape.
  • Build an LLM Native Product: orchestrate LLM api calls to produce a product designed from the ground up to work with the latest AI features
  • Shape technical and business decision making as part of a seven-engineer team where every voice matters in making critical decisions for the future of the business
  • Share Your Differentiated Knowledge; our team’s average experience is 10+ years, and we share generously. We are looking for someone who brings skills/knowledge we don't already have and can learn from others quickly.

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of Go on a customer-facing product
  • Comfort in the office five days a week—we believe magic happens face-to-face.
  • A bias for action, a love for incredible products, and an allergy to politics.
  • Strong opinions (backed by experience and data) about clean APIs, thorough observability, or performance—but loosely held and willing to hear an alternative point of view

Nice-to-Haves

  • 0→1 startup experience—you’ve worn multiple hats, can get yourself unstuck and can solve vague user problems no one has solved before
  • Experience working with LLMs for user facing products - not just a chat bot you built for fun (although we like that too)
