Health Universe is seeking an exceptional VP of Sales to drive the adoption of our AI infrastructure among health systems and life sciences. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan that positions Health Universe as the premier provider of AI-powered tools in the healthcare industry.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that emphasizes the network effect, demonstrating how increased adoption of our solutions leads to a more powerful and impactful network for all users
• Target and penetrate key markets, including cancer centers, Pharma/Life Sciences Manufacturers, and health systems, leveraging your deep industry connections and expertise
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
• Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing complex, six-figure software contracts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and advancements, particularly in the fields of AI and healthcare, and actively participate in thought leadership opportunities to position Health Universe as a leader in the space
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs
• Demonstrate the vision, leadership, and strategic thinking required to grow into an executive role within the company

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of success selling to cancer centers, Life Sciences/Pharma, or health systems
• Deep understanding of AI products and their applications in healthcare
• Extensive network of connections within the cancer and oncology sectors
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close six-figure software contracts consistently
• Exceptional intelligence and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex concepts and industry dynamics
• Thought leader in the field of AI and healthcare, with a keen understanding of the latest trends and advancements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
