TL;DR: We’re looking for someone to coordinate and manage marketing for Hallow’s Kids Content, which is marketed to parents, teachers, and students, and is some of the most regularly listened to content on the app. You will coordinate with the Kids Content team, including the team at Saints Alive, to lead ideation and creation of marketing materials, copy, and social media for all Kids' launches. This role will sit at the crossroads of Marketing, Design, and Content in this highly cross-functional and dynamic position.

What You'll Do

  • Plan & collaborate: You’ll work cross-functionally with the Content and School Success Teams and across the wider company to develop marketing assets and materials for Hallow’s Kids Content, which includes new launches and marketing of existing content. You’ll also work closely with the Design team to plan creative calendars and strategize in line with the release calendar.
  • Execution: You will create detailed marketing plans and briefs to share across teams to ultimately grow the reach of Hallow’s Kids Content and expand into new areas.
  • Project Manage: You’ll manage the coordination of marketing materials across Content, Marketing, Schools, and Design.
  • Brainstorm: You will brainstorm new ideas to market Hallow’s Kids Content and execute on creating engaging social media posts to promote new and existing content.

  • Comp: We will pay competitive market rates for this hourly, part-time contract position.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion: First & foremost, we’re looking for someone excited about our mission. It makes it a lot more fun :)
  • Experience: Must have broad marketing experience in running marketing campaigns including 2+ years of experience in creating social media posts, developing a marketing plan, and project management.
  • Creativity: We’re always looking for ways to reach people and help them find more peace in their lives and grow closer to God. The social media landscape is constantly changing, and we want to find ways to stand out and help folks find God’s peace. You’re not afraid to share ideas and try new things, while also leaning into the data side of things!
  • Communication: Will need to effectively communicate with multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional deliverables
  • Attention to detail and organization: We need someone who can pay attention to the details and keep track of small tasks and complex processes, and who is organized and efficient with time management.
