Job Description:

As a Strategic Advisor at GovForce, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our product vision and development by leveraging your deep industry knowledge and experience. Your insights will directly influence our strategies and solutions, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and highly relevant to our users' needs.

Time Commitment:

This is a part-time advisory role. Our team would expect our Strategic Advisor to contribute 5-10 hours per month to advise our team on strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on current trends and challenges in contract administration within the government contracting sector.
  • Collaborate with our product development team to inform and shape the product roadmap, ensuring our solutions address real-world needs.
  • Conduct regular industry research to stay ahead of regulatory changes, emerging technologies, and best practices in contract management.
  • Serve as a liaison between GovForce and the contract administration community, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Contribute to whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content that positions GovForce as a leader in the field.
  • Lead training and educational initiatives for both internal teams and external stakeholders, enhancing their understanding of contract administration complexities.


  • Extensive experience in contract administration, particularly in federal contracting.
  • Strong understanding of federal regulations, compliance requirements, and subcontractor management.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM) is a plus.
