Role

• Work directly with the CEO to own the operational infrastructure of the company: recruiting, systems, legal/compliance, clinical partnerships, clinical team management.

• Extreme independence and ownership.

• Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance.

Qualifications

• You've built something from scratch: a startup, a product, or a major initiative with real outcomes.

• Perfectionist with ability to iterate fast.

• Ability to automate your own job on a monthly basis.

• Strong technical literacy. Coding experience is ideal.

• Nice-to-have: healthcare experience.
