About the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Financial Services role
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to own our portfolio of innovative financial products and services, which are helping to redefine the business landscape for SMBs in Canada. Product Marketing at Float is a pivotal function. In this role, you’ll be reporting to our Director of Product Marketing, and partnering across Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Risk and Compliance, and Marketing to launch and scale brand new products that drive customer LTV, contribute to our ambitious growth goals and reshape Float’s position in the B2B landscape.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Float you will...
- Define and Execute GTM Strategy: Collaborate with senior leaders to craft go-to-market strategies that unlock Float’s next stage of growth, creating and refining positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging to drive conversion and move the needle on core business metrics.
- Drive Product Adoption: Partner with Product to drive adoption of new and existing Float products through thoughtful education content, enablement, and integrated multi-channel campaigns. Lead the charge on initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and long-term retention, while keeping the team focused on delivering a delightful customer experience.
- Leverage Data and Research: Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform GTM approaches, leveraging data and insights to ensure Float's offerings are competitive and differentiated. Serve as a market and customer expert for your portfolio.
- Act as Cross-Functional Liaison: Equip GTM teams with the product knowledge, content and training they need to sell effectively and drive adoption. Go deep to surface and understand the perspectives of various business stakeholders, translating insights into impactful product and marketing strategies.
- Craft Compelling Narratives: Distill quantitative and qualitative data into impactful product narratives that resonate with customers and the wider market, showcasing how Float’s products solve key problems for our target audience.
- Identify Expansion Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to grow mature customers’ business with Float, using a strategic lens to develop segmentation and targeted journeys that helps the greatest number of users uncover relevant value-add products and services.
