About the Senior UX Researcher Role
We’re looking for a creative and customer-obsessed Senior UX Researcher to join Float! In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping to define and build a seamless business finance experience based on deep insight of the needs of our customers and Canadian businesses. Your work will impact the entire product platform, from corporate spend management to access to capital.
As the Senior UX Researcher, you will work across our most impactful product development initiatives, partnering closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers. Your expertise in understanding business finance teams and workflows, along with your knowledge of the Canadian financial landscape, will ensure that our products are tailored to meet the specific needs of Canadian businesses.
