About the Director of Sales role

Float is looking for an exceptionally tenacious and results-driven sales leader who has built, scaled and led high-performing AE sales teams to success in hyper-growth B2B tech start-ups. This Director of Sales will play a critical and impactful role in reshaping our GTM strategies, driving the success of our Sales teams, closing new Float customers, driving faster product adoption, and generating new opportunities for Float. This is a career-defining opportunity for an accomplished Sales leader to level up the entire sales function, on a team that's building the best corporate card and spend management platform in Canada.
