About the Senior Product Marketing Manager role

We’re looking for an outstanding Senior Product Marketing Manager to join Float as we build the best business finance platform for Canadian companies and teams. At Float, Product Marketing acts as a critical partner to Product. You’ll be in charge of launching and scaling new products that the Product team builds, focusing on customer adoption to achieve aggressive business goals.

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager at Float you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving Product Adoption: In partnership with your Product counterparts, drive the adoption of new and existing Float products through skilled positioning, effective messaging and impactful integrated campaigns – ultimately driving revenue and stickiness for Float, and business impact for our customers.
  • Harnessing Data and Research to Drive Impact: Conduct thorough research and competitive analysis to inform Float's product marketing approach in advance of each launch – understanding internal data, emerging industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to ensure Float's products are well-positioned and truly differentiated.
  • Scaling Product Education: Educate customers at scale on product features by developing and disseminating clear, engaging content, such as in-app messaging, webinars, and tutorials tailored to address the needs and questions of our customers.
  • Acting as a Cross-Functional Partner: Equip the sales and customer success teams with the necessary product-related content to effectively sell and drive adoption of Float. Utilize insights gathered throughout your work to help the Product and Marketing teams guide future product development and marketing strategies, ensuring Float remains at the forefront of innovation and customer obsession.
