This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our customer journey in a non-traditional, fast-paced environment. This role manages initial communication with customers, and collects all required documentation to determine their compliance. • Stakeholder Management: Working with our prospective customers to acquire the information and documentation necessary for onboarding and compliance verification, as well as communicating with external banking partners for further risk management.
    • KYB/KYC Compliance: Processing prospective customers’ KYB + KYC applications to ensure they are compliant with Float’s services.
    • Mitigate Float’s Internal Risk: Collaborating with other Float teams, such as Revenue, Customer Support, and the wider Risk team to ensure Float’s own compliance with industry regulations and service standards.
  • Data and Reporting – Track and analyze core metrics related to the customer approvals function to empower data-driven process developments and improvements.
  • Special Projects & more – As required to help work towards our company mission.
