We're looking for a HR Generalist located in Shanghai, China, this role will be instrumental in supporting and scaling our orientation initiatives, ensuring the seamless execution of all programs, and continuously iterating on the onboarding journey to deliver a best-in-class employee experience. The role will report to Senior People Business Partner.
What you’ll do:
- Organizing and coordinating annual affairs of APAC Flexport Academy (FA) and Tech Academy (TA). Based on business needs, hiring plan, determine the number of sessions and dates of the academies through partner with internal people solutions team, and ensure their successful launch and implementation—including confirming facilitators’ availability, arranging meeting rooms, and distributing relevant training materials to new hires etc.
- Managing the Navigator Program, covering policy updates, navigators engagement, daily operations and maintenance, and other core matters.
- Facilitate relevant HR training sessions, observe and feedback facilitators’ quality etc.
- Implementing the operation of APAC L&D policies, monitor implementation progress, and ensure the policies are executed effectively and in line with regional business needs.
- Continuously update and improve training content, delivery methods, and other related elements to adapt to the evolving business requirements and optimize training effectiveness.
- Assist in completing other HR-related tasks assigned by the People Team
- What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, English, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of HR-related work experience in an international company, preferably with experience in organizing, managing the design, implementation and improvement of training.
- Detail-oriented, with strong execution, task coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Strong awareness and adoption of HR technology and AI tools, with the ability to leverage digital solutions to optimize L&D workflows etc
- Proficient and fluent in English.
- Preferably efficient in Netsuite, G Suite, and other online training tools.
