The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate HR colleague to join us temporarily to support our team during HR colleague maternity leave. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the People Business Partner and People Operations team to address HR matters for our APAC offices. This position reports to the Director of People, APAC.

You Will:

  • Drive Employee Engagement: Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company through effective communication and on boarding program coordination.
  • Facilitate HR Processes: Oversee reference checks, probation assessments, and offboarding processes while collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage Mobility and Immigration: Act as a point of contact for mobility and immigration cases, providing timely follow-ups and support through partner with Venders.
  • Handle Labor Contracts: Manage the renewal of labor contracts and oversee overtime case management, ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.
  • Support Employee Experience: partner with People business partner, serve as a contact for business managers and employees, offering HR solutions to enhance employee experiences and address concerns, supporting Hukou applications etc
  • Contribute to HR Operations: Take on additional HR operations tasks as assigned by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to the People team needs.

You Should Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in MNC;.
  • Strong knowledge of Mainland China employment laws and HR regulations.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with HR systems, particularly Workday, is preferred.
