Extend is building a modern document processing cloud. We're on a mission to transform how the world works with unstructured data.

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate our top-of-funnel motion and fuel the next phase of our growth engine. Your job is simple — identify the right accounts, break through to the right people, and create qualified opportunities that convert into revenue.

Role & Impact

Extend’s inbound demand is strong, but the opportunity ahead is much bigger — the SDR will play a foundational role in our outbound engine. Your work will shape the volume and quality of our pipeline and directly impact millions in ARR.

  • Generate new business pipeline by researching, prospecting, and outbounding into high-value technical accounts.

  • Write highly tailored, personalized outreach that resonates with engineers, AI teams, and technical buyers

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine ICPs, craft messaging, and iterate on sequences that convert.

  • Take extreme ownership of your funnel: build systems, identify inefficiencies, and leverage our GTM stack to prospect at speed.

  • Maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene in our CRM; nothing slips through.

  • Become an expert on our product, our customer pain points, and the fast-changing OCR/LLM ecosystem.

  • Act as the frontline signal collector — bringing insights on messaging, objections, and market trends directly back to the founding team.

Ideal Candidate Credentials

  • 0–2+ years of sales or prospecting experience in a fast-paced developer tools company or technical environment.

  • Track record of top performance — consistently beating activity and pipeline creation benchmarks.

  • Demonstrated strength in time management, prioritization, and operating with urgency.

  • Experience prospecting into large technical enterprises and navigating complex org charts.

  • Comfortable using GTM tools such as Unify, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.

  • Strong written communication skills — you know how to craft thoughtful, relevant outreach that actually gets responses.

  • You have a founder mentality: no task is beneath you, and you thrive when the path isn’t perfectly defined.

  • Above all, you're hungry to win, curious about how things work, and relentless about improving your craft.
