Role Overview:
We are looking for a GTM Engineer to help us build scalable lead generation systems and power the sales team with a predictable pipeline.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, growth, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Build the lead generation engine
Design and build systems that continuously generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Examples:
• Identify brands selling on TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify
• Detect brands with rapid GMV growth
• Identify brands heavily investing in creator marketing
• Surface high-intent prospects automatically
You’ll build pipelines that transform market signals into sales opportunities.
Build outbound automation
Create scalable outbound infrastructure for sales.
Examples:
• Automated lead enrichment
• AI-powered personalization for outreach
• Multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• CRM automation and routing
Goal: help the sales team reach the right brands at the right time.
Build growth data pipelines
Create internal tools that track and score potential customers.
Examples:
• Creator marketing activity signals
• Brand growth indicators
• Marketplace data (TikTok Shop, Amazon)
• Intent signals and engagement signals
You’ll build lead scoring systems that prioritize the highest-value accounts.
Enable the sales team with tools
Build lightweight internal tools that improve sales productivity.
Examples:
• Lead dashboards
• AI-generated account research
• Automated prospect briefs
• CRM enrichment workflows
Goal: help sales reps spend less time researching and more time selling.
Experiment with AI-driven growth
Use LLMs and AI agents to automate parts of the growth funnel.
Examples:
• AI lead qualification
• AI account research
• AI outreach personalization
• AI prospecting agents
Qualifications:
• Experience building data pipelines, automation, or growth systems
• Strong product sense and curiosity about customer behavior
• Comfortable working with sales, marketing, and product teams
• Ability to ship scrappy solutions quickly
Bonus:
• Experience with LLMs / AI agents
• Experience in SaaS or marketing tech
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or Segment
