About the Role
We’re looking for a curious, experimental, and data-informed demand generation marketer to shape the future of growth marketing at our company. This is a rare opportunity to build from the ground up — designing campaigns, frameworks, and playbooks that will scale our go-to-market engine and lay the foundation for a product-led growth motion.
You will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline growth through creative demand generation strategies. You’ll design and run experiments, measure early leading indicators, and double down on what works. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure we’re targeting the right accounts, with the right message, at the right time.
You’ll also have a unique opportunity to explore deeply contextual messaging, leveraging cutting-edge data enrichment technology to engage a well-known public sector audience with highly relevant, personalized campaigns.
This role is perfect for a builder who enjoys rapid testing, is comfortable with ambiguity, and knows how to get scrappy while still thinking strategically. You’ll be supported by a culture that encourages creative risk-taking and bold decision-making, giving you space to innovate, learn from both wins and failures, and set the stage for a scalable product-led growth engine.
What You’ll Do
-
Design, test, and scale multi-channel campaigns, including:
Digital marketing - paid social, LLM search, influencer marketing
Email nurture and outbound programs
Account-based marketing plays (1:1, 1:few, 1:many)
Partner with SDRs to iterate on messaging, timing, and inbound follow-up, ensuring smooth handoffs and maximum conversion from interest to opportunity.
Build and own a repeatable experiment framework to identify which channels and messages drive engagement and pipeline.
Define and track leading indicators (CTR, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline velocity) to inform where to invest further resources.
Partner with Sales to align on ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and create highly targeted campaigns for key accounts.
Collaborate with content and product marketing to deliver compelling offers and campaign narratives.
Measure ROI across channels and communicate results to leadership.
Help hire and grow the demand gen team as programs scale.
Lay the groundwork for a product-led growth engine by developing campaigns and data flows that nurture self-serve users into high-value customers.
Qualifications
Curiosity over credentials. You’re an experimenter first and a strategist second.
Hands-on operator. You enjoy setting up campaigns yourself before scaling with more headcount or tools.
Experience with demand gen channels (email, paid ads, and tools like Hubspot, Clay, Scrunch AI, Profound) but not necessarily a 20-year veteran.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to make decisions, spot trends, and justify investment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to partner cross-functionally.
A builder’s mindset, scrappy, iterative, and comfortable with change.
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with modern hypergrowth marketing approaches from companies like Blend, Gong, or Canva.
Previous experience in B2B SaaS or account-based marketing environments.
