About Edia

Edia is a Series A ed-tech startup revolutionizing K-12 education with AI-driven solutions. We develop software to improve math education, tackle chronic absenteeism, and optimize MTSS processes for school districts. Today, Edia supports 150+ districts across the country (e.g. New York City, Miami, Fulton County, Denver, etc.).

About the Role

We’re scaling very quickly. As we expand, we’re looking for a Events & Field Marketing Manager to operationalize and execute our events and conferences program.

As our Events & Field Marketing Manager, you’ll identify and prioritize all key events, tradeshows, and conferences we should build a partnership with and presence at. You’ll support our sales objectives and work with our GTM teams to drive lead generation through events.

What You’ll Do:

  • In partnership with GTM leadership, build and maintain a database of all relevant industry events, tradeshows, and conferences.

  • Identify and prioritize the right level of involvement and engagement across all events (e.g. events we sponsor, send a representative to attend, and/ or speak at).

  • Own and operationalize a high volume events portfolio year-over-year – we attend 100+ events per year.

  • Coordinate across internal teams (e.g. AEs, SDRs) and external vendors for logistics and brand activation needs (e.g. booth presence).

  • Partner with sales leaders to identify how we maximize our ROI at events and iterate on our events program.

  • Manage our events budget thoughtfully and with a high level of accountability and scrutiny.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in field marketing and/ or events management at a high-growth B2B company.

  • You are operationally-minded, highly organized, and bring a strong level of attention-to-detail to your craft. This is important given the volume of events we attend in a year.

  • You're a self starter and have proven experience managing a portfolio of events concurrently managing logistics across teams and internal and external stakeholders.

  • You’ve built processes that scale. Specifically developing event timelines, checklists, and contingency plans proactively.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across go-to-market teams and leadership.

  • A plus if you have experience measuring the impact and ROI of the events we attend (e.g. pipeline influenced, generation, etc.).

Why Join Edia?

  • High-impact role where you’ll shape the narrative of a fast-scaling ed-tech AI startup.

  • Work closely with leadership and sales teams to drive market success.

  • Competitive compensation and equity package.

  • Hybrid-friendly work environment with flexibility on remote work.
