About Edia

Edia is a fast-growing startup that works with 100+ school districts across the country to improve outcomes for math and attendance. Founded in 2020 by top engineers from Silicon Valley, Edia now supports the largest urban school districts in the country (e.g. Fulton, Loudoun, Palm Beach) as well as the smallest, most remote 1-room schools in upper Alaska. We've raised $10M+ from VCs like Felicis, Susa, Inspired, and 8VC.

Role Description

We're looking for a smart, passionate, and highly productive creator to take ownership of our content efforts. This includes:

• Writing 2+ blog posts / essays each week optimized for SEO (e.g. "How to set up your MTSS team", "The role of AI in math education", etc.)
• Writing 1 large "gravity" piece each quarter (e.g. "Lessons from 50+ Chief Academic Officers")
• Inviting guests to our Superintendent Podcast
• Editing and releasing 1 podcast episode each week
• Posting essays and podcast soundbites onto our social channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter)

This is a full-time remote role. You will initially report to our CEO, and later our VP of Marketing.
