👉 About the role
As a customer engineer, you’ll be helping our customers effectively integrate E2B into their products. You will guide them from initial adoption through production readiness by troubleshooting issues, optimizing sandbox deployments, and sharing best practices across integration stages. You’ll also serve as the bridge between customers and our engineering team - translating their feedback into actionable improvements.
👉 What we expect from you
3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with a technical background
Excellent communication skills and being highly detail-oriented
Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, LLMs, AI tools (AI SDK, LangChain, crewAI, and popular web frameworks (e.g. Next.js)
Experience with support ticketing systems
Updating technical documentation to help future customers
Relaying customer feedback to the rest of the team
